The world needs a new type of financial services ecosystem.
One where everyone has a role to play, and everyone has some value to capture. And while there's a need for some gatekeepers, their influence needs to be minimal.

Our duty is to make that idea happen.

To create that gateway and ecosystem that ensures that anyone can launch a financial services product with the least possible friction, and in any market. And capture value for what they create. One gateway. All financial services.

We are integrating the services of banks, telcos and financial service providers into one unified API, then offering it to businesses and startups as a way to cross pollinate for distribution and shared value creation.

🧐 Our hiring process

Please be prepared, this might take quite some time and some effort on your part as we believe that the right people form the bedrock on which great companies are built.

1. We’d need you to complete a basic info form. Something light.

2. You’d have several conversations with several team members.

3. If you are in a technical role, you may have to participate in a technical test (that some might say is “too much work”). If you are in a non-technical role, you may have to do some research and make a presentation. Please if you are uncomfortable with this, this opportunity might not be a fit for you.

4. When we like each other, there might be a 3-month trial period before confirming final placement. This lets you know if we are worth it and gives us a chance to know you better. Mechanics of this would be worked out.

Product Engineer (Node.js)

Are you an excellent/analytical problem-solver with a strong Node.JS knowledge? If you're passionate about team-work & innovation in financial technology and you find the OnePipe vision enthralling, here’s an opportunity to join the brilliant minds at OnePipe. We are looking for a Node.js Developer who will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and third party services. Your primary focus will be the development of server-side logic, definition and maintenance of existing systems, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from client microservices/applications.

Product Engineer (.Net & Java)

We are looking for a talented Java / Spring Boot Engineer (with .NET experience) to build, oversee and contribute to our core softwares on the OnePipe infrastructure. You will create applications from scratch, maintain existing software components and provide user support. You should be able to write clean, scalable, testable and functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about DevOps and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you.

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Intern

Are you an aspiring and passionate SRE/DevOps Engineer looking for an opportunity to work in a great team and advance your skills and career? Quality assurance engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts) while adhering to company's processes and expectations.

Finance associate

Like every other entity, we spend and earn money. It is therefore very important that we have a professional who can help us process and manage our finances while advising our executives and ensuring that our accounts are managed efficiently; we are informed of best practice and compliant to all financial regulations. We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented person who will prepare accurate financial reports and collate data for budgets, audits, reviews, payroll and tax purposes.

It would really help if you have a proven record of doing this before now, have an extensive knowledge of accounting standards with the educational background to back it up! A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting works 💪 .

Analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are a must have! You must also love numbers
