List the banks to which our automatic disburse always fails :

Below is a Table with details of the banks we cannot seamlessly reverse funds back into when we need to without manual updates or requests for alternative account numbers.

  • The first two options Palm-Pay and Opay failed to be reversed because the account numbers were longer than 10 digits. This required a manual update to complete the reversal.

  • The FCMB bank, Fails due to reasons that are still unknown at this time.

  • The Bank with the Bank code “238” does not accept reversals from us, The reason and the bank of the name are yet to be determined.

  • Access, Diamond, and Polaris Bank all share the same Etransact bank code of 306 and need to be converted to 044, 063, and 076 respectively for reversals to be successful.

  • Microfinance bank account details that have matching bank codes for sending and receiving funds can be refunded smoothly, however, the unpopular and smaller ones have no bank code or name available or neither, but rarely.

  • Blank Bank - This bank has no name or bank code, with typical account details being - 9911370104.
Making it impossible to reverse the funds.
