Product Operations builds the bridge between product and customer-facing teams. As a Product Operations AnalystSpecialist, you will work within the product management team on the company’s top priority product launches and pilots. You will be responsible for building strong relationships and being the connector with internal teams (support, sales, customer success), to co-ordinate product releases to operationalisation and circulate feedback across the product and engineering team and organisation. You will be required to also work directly with our top B2B clients, learning more about their specific business use cases and pain points as you help them get more out of the product. This role is highly cross-functional and requires stakeholder management and strong sense of ownership of tasks.
