Possible relationships with OnePipe

Different organisations can have various modes of relationship with OnePipe.

Role

Description

Business model

Client

[Distribution Partner]

The OnePipe platform is completely white-labelled for clients, who in turn build products on top of it and make it available  to the general public.

Clients pay OnePipe an implementation fee to join the platform. Then the commission made available by suppliers is shared between clients and OnePipe.

App

[App owner]

App owners (actual customers or merchants - as the case may be), who integrate to any instance of OnePipe for the purpose of calling APIs on it or consuming any of the services made available there.

Clients may charge a connection fee if they so wish.

Then, where applicable, the commission made available by suppliers will be shared with the app owner.

Also, where applicable, the fees charged by the supplier could be marked up and passed to the app owner.

Reseller

Independent sales representatives that understand the OnePipe value proposition and are able to propose and close sales with clients they have relationships with.

A commission on implementation fees by that client once-off.

A commission the net income OnePipe makes on usage fees over a 3-year period.

Provider

These are companies that make their services available on OnePipe for distribution. They do this by implementing specifications made public by OnePipe.

The provider sets a recommended retail price for use of their service (where applicable), but then makes it available at a discount to OnePipe and the clients. In some cases, a provider pays a commission for completed transactions.

Independent App Store Developer

These are developers or organisations that build unique use cases based around OnePipe APIs and make them available on the OnePipe App Store.

TBD

Independent Integration developer
