Several lookup APIs for verifying individuals and businesses. From identity verification to mobile number verification and BVN verification. Identity verification is a key component of many businesses in the delivery of financial services. These set of services are therefore ideal for Agent networks (that need to verify agents before on-boarding), Lenders (that need to credibly verify identities of borrowers), government agencies (that need to operate welfare schemes), etc.

 

Lookup BVN Min

With this service, the calling apps can KYC a customer's bank verification number. This service will only return a True/False match of the supplied customer details if it matches what is saved against their BVN correctly. If authorization details are required by a provider, apps will have to provide this. OnePipe will in turn forward to the provider’s dedicated implementation.

Lookup BVN Mid

With this service, the calling apps can do KYC with the customer's bvn. This service will return slightly above minimal KYC information. Apps will collect the BVN they will like to obtain information on and forward to OnePipe. If authorisation details are required by a provider, apps will have to provide this. OnePipe will in turn forward to the provider’s dedicated implementation.

Lookup BVN Max

With this service, the calling apps can do KYC with the customer's bvn. This service will return maximum KYC information. Apps will collect the account number they will like to obtain information on and forward to OnePipe. If authorisation details are required by a provider, apps will have to provide this. OnePipe will in turn forward to the provider’s dedicated implementation.

Lookup ID Min

With this service, the calling apps can KYC a customer's generic ID number and specify the ID type. This service will only return a True/False match of the supplied customer details if it matches what is saved against their ID correctly. If authorization details are required by a provider, apps will have to provide this. OnePipe will in turn forward to the provider’s dedicated implementation.

Lookup ID Max

With this service, the calling apps can do KYC with the customer's generic ID by specifying the ID type. This service will return maximum KYC information. Apps will collect the account number they will like to obtain information on and forward to OnePipe. If authorisation details are required by a provider, apps will have to provide this. OnePipe will in turn forward to the provider’s dedicated implementation.

Lookup NIN Min

With this service, the calling apps can KYC a customer's national identification number. This service will only return a True/False match of the supplied customer details if it matches what is saved against their NIN correctly. If authorization details are required by a provider, apps will have to provide this. OnePipe will in turn forward to the provider’s dedicated implementation.

Validate ID

This service facilitates image comparison in order to verify the identity of customers for calling apps. The service will compare two images, provided as source URLs or Base64 strings, to determine whether they match. Upon completion of the comparison, the service will return a Successful/Failed match result, as well as a similarity threshold

Lookup NIN Mid

With this service, the calling apps can do KYC with the customer's NIN. This service will return basic KYC information for the presented NIN. Apps will collect the NIN they will like to obtain information on and forward to OnePipe. If authorisation details are required by a provider, apps will have to provide this. OnePipe will in turn forward to the provider’s dedicated implementation.

Lookup MSISDN Min

With this service, the calling apps can KYC a customer's mobile number. This service will only return a True/False match of the supplied customer details if it matches what is saved against their MSISDN correctly. If authorization details are required by a provider, apps will have to provide this. OnePipe will in turn forward to the provider’s dedicated implementation.

Lookup MSISDN Mid

With this service, the calling apps can do KYC with the customer's MSISDN. This service will return basic KYC information for the presented MSISDN. Apps will collect the MSISDN they will like to obtain information on and forward to OnePipe. If authorisation details are required by a provider, apps will have to provide this. OnePipe will in turn forward to the provider’s dedicated implementation.

Lookup ID Mid
